Utility Blocks

Lightweight robust blocks covered in durable hard wearing carpet, the Utility Block is used for a variety of purposes in the classroom:

• Used singularly, or in groups for seating;
• Podiums or impromptu stages for speeches/small plays etc.
• Used by younger children as props etc in imaginative playtime activities.

Utility Blocks are constructed of a lightweight fire resistant inner core covered by an impact resistant outer casing. Each block is covered with a highly durable UV stabilised carpet, with strong purpose designed recessed handles for easy handling and attractive appearance.

Industrial Arts Bench Tops

Consist of 6.4mm Tempered Masonite for durability and appearance, 3mm high density cork for sound and shock absorption and 25mm MDF backing board for strength.

Industrial Arts tops are manufactured in the following configurations, or we can manufacture customised tops for your specialised requirements:

Technical Drawing Tops - with rigid PVC edging to perimeter

Wood Work Tops - machined with fitting holes for vices and clamping rods

Metal Work Tops - machined with fitting holes for vices and stake holder castings

Workshop Demo Top - machined with vice fitting hole and recess for metal perimeter edge

Mobile Tool Bench Top - with rigid PVC edging

Pegboards

Consist of 4.8mm diagonal holed pegboard fixed to timber frame and finished in 2 coats of spraying lacquer.

Medical Screens

Consist of 3 separate screens hinged together to form a free-standing unit. Clear anodised frames with attractive and durable fabric inserts
